1. Summary
Everything you create in the app stays on your phone: certificates, names, stamps, signatures and logos. None of it is uploaded to any server of ours.
There is no account and no sign-in. The free version shows Google AdMob ads and uses your device’s advertising ID; the subscription is purchased through Google Play.
We collect crash reports and anonymous usage statistics through Firebase to improve the app, and they never contain any name or text you type on a certificate.
2. What the app stores on your device

Names imported from an Excel or CSV file are read on your device only.
3. What the app does not do
- It does not upload your designs, names, stamps or signatures to any server.
- It does not ask for an account, e-mail or phone number.
- It does not sell or share your data with anyone.
- It reads no photos or files other than the one you pick yourself.

Image processing (cropping, white-background removal, ink enhancement) happens on your phone.
5. Ads and purchases
The free version shows Google AdMob ads after asking for your consent where required; you can change your choice from “Profile” in the app. Interstitial ads appear only after an export, never while you design, and you can watch an optional rewarded ad to remove the watermark from one export. Ad content is restricted to a general-audience rating.
Purchases and subscriptions are made and managed entirely through Google Play Billing; the app only asks Google Play whether your account has an active subscription. We never see payment details.

6. Crash reports and statistics
We use Firebase Crashlytics for crash reports (device model, OS version and error trace) and Firebase Analytics for anonymous usage statistics such as the template type used or the number of certificates exported. This data contains no names or text from your certificates.
7. Deleting your data
All your data lives only on your phone, so:
- Delete any design, stamp or signature inside the app at any time.
- Or uninstall the app, or clear its data in Android settings (Apps → Certificates → Storage → Clear data), which deletes everything immediately.
We keep no data about you on our servers. Aggregated ad and crash data held by Google is governed by Google’s policies and cannot be linked to you by us.
8. Stamps and signatures
Stamps and signatures are for your own personal use only. Using the app to imitate the seals or emblems of government bodies or any organisation you do not belong to is prohibited and is the user’s responsibility.
9. Children
The app is intended for adults — teachers, Quran circle sheikhs, organisations and companies — and is not directed at children, even though it includes colourful templates for honouring students.
10. Data security
Your data lives in the app’s private storage, which Android isolates from other apps, and all connections to Google services use encrypted HTTPS.
11. Changes to this policy
Any update that adds a feature collecting data or using the network will be accompanied by an update to this policy before the feature ships, with a new “Last updated” date at the top.
